When should I make a reservation with Roompot Business?

If you want to organise a business stay at one of our resorts, Roompot Business is the place for you.

Our trained employees can help you professionally and arrange your stay from A to Z.

What are the business hours of Roompot Business?

You can reach us from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Monday and Friday, and from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Outside of our office hours, you can always contact us by e-mail or ask any practical questions at the reception of your resort.

How are the prices constructed?

Most prices vary per period and per accommodation type. Depending on your preferred period of stay, we will offer the best option.

When should I pay the invoice?

You should pay the invoice before the payment date of your invoice. This date is always before your arrival at the resort.

Is there internet connection at the resorts?

All our resorts have internet connection. The costs of using this connection can be found in the quotation.

What are the opening hours of the receptions?

The opening hours of the receptions vary per resort and per season. For the current opening hours, check the resort page.

Can I cancel my reservation and do you have a cancellation period?

Cancellations are processed according to our terms and conditions. If you have already checked in, we apply a cancellation period of 4 weeks.

Can I arrive after the opening hours of the reception?

You can, but please notify Roompot Business of this so that we can arrange key collection.

Can I rent an accommodation for a longer period of time?

At Roompot Business you can. For more information, please see our terms and conditions.

Are we expected to pay a security deposit?

Guests should always pay a security deposite of € 250 per accommodation .

Changes and cancellation

Can I cancel my reservation and do you apply a cancellation period?
Cancellations are processed according to our terms and conditions. If you have already checked in, we apply a cancellation period of 4 weeks.
How can I change my reservation?

You can e-mail your changes to info@roompotbusiness.nl. We will process them and contact you.

Arrival and stay

What are the check-in and check-out times?

You can check in on Monday or Friday from 3 p.m. and you should check out on Monday or Friday before 10 a.m.

Where can I find the professional house rules?

You can find these in our terms and conditions.

What are the opening hours of the receptions?

The opening hours of the receptions vary per season and per resort. For the current opening hours, please check the resort page.

What should I do in case of calamity?

In case of emergency, call local police or the emergency number, 112.

What should I do during technical failures?

Please notify the reception or Roompot Business within 24 hours.

What should I do when I arrive late?

Always contact the reception of the resort or Roompot Business.

What should I do if I want to collect or submit the key outside of the opening hours of the reception of my resort?

If you will be arriving outside of the opening hours of the reception, always contact Roompot Business. If you leave outside of the opening hours of the reception, please see the PDF file "general information during your stay".

Where can I find the resort regulations?

You can find the resort regulations here. The resort regulations will also be sent to you by e-mail when we confirm your reservation.

Booking and terms and conditions

When should I pay my reservation?
You should pay your invoice according to your payment periods. You should always pay before your arrival at the resort.
Can I take an option for the reservation?
You can only take an option upon request. The option is only valid for 24 hours and on the basis of availability.
How can I extend by reservation?

Should you want to extend your stay, please send an e-mail to info@roompotbusiness.nl.

How can I make my reservation final?

By sending a written confirmation to info@roompotbusiness.nl, or by signing the quotation you received and send it to us by e-mail.

Accommodations

Can I park my car at the accommodation?

This varies per type of accommodation. You can see whether you can park your car at your accommodation on the relevant resort page.

What additional products am I required to purchase?

The final cleaning, local taxes, and bed linen. If your stay is longer than three weeks, we also require interim cleaning and clean bed linen every two weeks. 

Where can I find the features of the accommodation?

You can find these on the relevant resort page.

Is the design of every accommodation of a certain type the same?

This may vary at some resorts. If you have any preferences, please let Roompot Business know.

How big can my group be?

This varies per type of accommodation. Please contact us to request the details.

What outdoor options are available at the resorts?

There are plenty of outdoor options available at our resorts. Contact us to discuss the possibilities.

Can I book an entire resort?

Resorts can be booked in their entirety. Please contact us for the options.

Where can I organise my event?

You can organise events at any of our resorts. However, it is important to first have a clear idea of what you want so that we can make a good offer.

What catering options are available at the resorts?

Everything is possible when it comes to catering! If you have any special wishes, please contact us and we would love to help you.

How can I make a reservation for a (school) group?

Request a non-binding quotation. You can do so by navigating to the Events tab and select Request Quotation.

Do you also offer big group accommodations?

In a number of resorts Roompot Business also offers big group accommodations.

Where can I arrange meetings?

Roompot Business offers a great number of meeting venues. You can find the suitable resorts under the Meetings tab.

Are day meetings a possibility?

Day meetings are possible at a number of resorts. We offer meeting deals: for more information, see the Meetings tab.

Can I use accommodations for a multiple-day meeting?
You can use the accommodations for overnight stays at all our resorts.
Do you also offer special meeting deals?

Roompot Business does offer special meeting deals. These deals include catering facilities and, if applicable, overnight stay options.

What meeting tools are available?

Roompot Business meeting rooms have flipcharts with markers, pens, notebooks, a projector with a screen, and WiFi.
